Certificate in Geospatial Intelligence
I managed the development of the new Certificate in Geospatial Intelligence at Chaminade University, enrolling its first cohort in Summer 2025. This certificate is designed to develop geospatial skills in communities across Oceania, with a particular focus on the fields of disaster management, public health, defense and security, environmental science, and government and planning. I conducted a needs analysis for geospatial skills in the Pacific, and designed the degree program to be accessible, affordable, and flexible for both students and working professionals. In consultation with geospatial professionals across many industries, I developed the course descriptions, annual schedule, and job descriptions for faculty hiring.
